Short abstract
The evaluation of Anya, a breastfeeding support app, assessed data from women using Anya, two NHS Trusts, LatchAid Ltd, and, NHS health visitors and midwives. We found:
- High acceptance and ease of introduction.
- Increased breastfeeding rates in the most deprived parts of Gloucester.
- Enhanced breastfeeding confidence among users.
- Users were satisified with using Anya.
- Staff were likely to recommend it.
