Short abstract
We worked with Unity Insights, to evaluate the use of Procomp strategic optimisation service in two local authorities in South-West England. Key results include:
- Slight positive return on investment.
- Improvements in working conditions.
- Potential improvement on travel distances.
- No impact on continuity of care.
