Rachel joined Health Innovation West of England in 2023 as a Senior Project Manager, predominantly working on the innovation pipeline.
Prior to this, she held dual project management roles within an organisational development team in Gloucestershire, and the South West Virtual Hub (long-covid). These roles covered a multitude of projects including intranet redesigns, appraisal process redesign, succession planning, talent management, CardioScan review and KiActiv roll-out.
Before these she was employed as the Digital Lead for the Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) Allied Health Professionals Faculty – which was a project management role around the digital literacy of their workforce.
Rachel’s career started with training as a Physiotherapist in London, followed by eight years of clinical practice in a variety of acute and community settings and fields. She ultimately specialised in adult community physiotherapy.
