Programme Manager in the Clinical Effectiveness team in the Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board. The team supports the use of evidence, evaluation and quality improvement work across the organisation and wider health and care system. Prior to joining the NHS in 2021 Ruth worked in a variety of roles focused on data, evaluation and impact reporting across the private and VCSE sectors, including managing a network of social impact analysts now called Social Value International.
