Our strategy: 2024-2029
Our strategy outlines how we will continue to be the ‘go to’ innovation partner to support our health and care systems in creating better and fairer health outcomes for all our local communities. Looking ahead to how we will expand the work of Health Innovation West of England over the next five years, this strategy is founded on a decade of learning and building strong relationships with our healthcare innovation ecosystem and responds to the identified priorities of our local health and care systems.
Impact report 2024-25
In our latest impact report, we explore how we have worked with health and care partners and the wider innovation community over the last 12 months to help transform lives and build a healthier future for all. This year, we successfully supported 273 innovators and, as part of the Health Innovation Network, played a significant role in driving economic growth nationally, leveraging over £490 million and helping to create or safeguard more than 912 jobs.
Business plan 2025-26
Building on our five-year strategy published in April 2024, which sets out our core priorities and ambitions, our business plan details how we will deliver against these goals during 2025-26.
Our work programmes this year respond to our local strategic priorities, as well as supporting the government’s three fundamental shifts for the NHS as laid out in the 10 Year Health Plan: hospital to community, analogue to digital, and treatment to prevention.
