Event summary
We are delighted to be partnering with the Health Foundation’s Q Community to bring you this collaboration event in Bath, providing a space to learn from each other and make progress in the challenging context we are working within.
The event will provide an opportunity for peer learning on issues important to you and the chance to learn from successful and inspiring improvement projects in the local area.
This event, ahead of QI Week, promises an exciting agenda of talks, networking opportunities and an open space session to get to the heart of the biggest issues for the health sector and how improvement approaches are making a difference.
What’s in it for you
- Time out to meet Q members and wider colleagues
- Share knowledge, successes, challenges, and perhaps even get support for your work
- Exposure to collective intelligence and generation of new ideas for collaboration
We will be running an open space, which will enable collaborative problem solving, improved communications and stronger relationships. From UN conferences to local community groups, the open space format has been used successfully in many contexts to bring people together and set in motion meaningful change.
We invite you to bring your own challenges around the question:
‘Thinking about the current context of the health and care system, what are the most important conversations we need to be having about collaborative improvement that will help you to progress your work?’
