2020 has been a year like no other and healthcare leaders have been exposed to an increasing level of stress. Having a strategy in place to tackle psychological and physical effects of stress is important.
Join Sue Mellor, Coaching mentor, for a 1hr workshop where she will support healthcare leaders to develop their emotional resilience in order to help themselves and their team, as well as provide them with the tools to gain hands on experience to support staff wellbeing.
Declining performance, poor leadership decisions and behaviour, emerging patterns of absence or impacts on safety in the workplace are all reasons why resilience needs to be promoted and awareness raised by an organisation.
