Part of the Innovation Insights webinar series – designed to share insight, knowledge and expertise on the latest developments in health innovation – the session on Thursday 18 September will explore real-world applications of AI in urgent and emergency care.
Hosted by Health Innovation Network South London, two clinicians will share their experiences implementing AI tools that support patient prioritisation in NHS 111 and ambient voice technology in A&E triage and consultations.
It will delve into the practicalities of deploying AI in clinical settings, including the challenges faced, lessons learned, and the impact on patient flow and staff efficiency. Attendees will gain insights into how AI can support (not replace) clinical decision-making, streamline navigation, and improve service delivery across urgent care pathways.
