Genevieve has developed an extensive career across research, evaluation, and service transformation in both public and private sector. As a senior leader in the NHS in roles such as Head of Research & Development, Senior Researcher, Senior Programme Manager she is an experienced trial manager, principal investigator, health services researcher and holds two MScs in Public Health, and most recently from the NHS Leadership Academy.
She is currently undertaking her Doctorate studies in Social and Public Policy at Cardiff University, where her thesis is exploring cultural competency in midwifery education. Her current role seeks to develop the intersection of research and innovation across integrated care systems.
Research interests: anti-racist work in health care settings, digital transformation, health inequalities, ACEs, mental health & wellbeing, patient and public involvement & engagement, communities & voluntary sector
