This online masterclass is brought to you by Health Innovation West of England and the BNSSG Training Hub.
Clinical Polypharmacy Lead, Ola Howell will be joined by specialist Frailty Pharmacist Hippolyte Fraser from University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. The masterclass will cover:
- Exploration of the practical aspects of reducing anti-cholinergic burden (ACB).
- Discussion of the pros and cons of various ACB calculators.
- Optimising patients and communication between primary and secondary care services.
- Exploring case studies to simulate clinical scenarios.
